Compensation and Benefits

Location

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

• Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival
• Present menus and provide accurate information on dishes, specials, and recommendations
• Take food and drink orders using the restaurant's ordering system
• Serve orders promptly and monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal
• Set up tables with linens, utensils, and glassware before service
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct delivery of meals
• Handle customer questions or concerns professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas
• Process payments accurately
• Upsell menu items and promote special offers where appropriate
• Previous experience as a waiter or waitress in a casual dining setting, preferably upmarket
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Familiarity with food and beverage menus and basic pairing knowledge
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively during busy service periods
• Attention to detail and commitment to consistent service standards
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant hospitality training or certifications are an advantage
• Base salary: AED 1,700 – 2,400 per month
• Food allowance: AED 400 per month
• Service charge (average): AED 250 – 450 per month
• Credit card tips: AED 1,200 per month (average)
• Cash tips in addition to the above
