Fit-Out Project Manager

A real estate company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is hiring a Fit-Out Project Manager to join its PM Division. The role covers fit-out and construction projects from initial planning through to handover.
The Role
The Fit-Out Project Manager is responsible for delivering fit-out and construction projects on time, within budget, and in line with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Manage daily fit-out and construction site activities.
- Plan and monitor project schedules, progress, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Review drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
- Monitor finishing works and verify compliance with approved standards.
- Manage variations, claims, delays, and project risks.
- Conduct inspections, snagging, and oversee project handover.
- Prepare progress reports and management reports.
- Lead project meetings and resolve site and technical issues as they arise.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum three years of experience in construction and fit-out projects.
- Hands-on experience in finishing and interior fit-out works.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
- Good written and spoken command of both English and Arabic.
