Global Advisor Senior con OCF e MiFID
Intesa Sanpaolo • Tutto il Territorio Nazionale, IT
This role is based across Italy and is open to experienced financial advisers holding a current OCF registration and a valid MiFID certification. The position combines an employee contract with a separate agency contract, creating a dual-structure arrangement within branches of a global company.
The Role
The successful candidate will be placed in a branch of the global company across the national territory. The arrangement has two components running in parallel.
The first component is a permanent, vertical part-time employee contract (two days per week) in the role of branch portfolio manager. The gross annual salary for this component is €14,260, supplemented by variable remuneration governed by the Group's Remuneration Policy, and by elements covered under the National Collective Labour Agreement for Credit and second-level company agreements.
The second component is an agency contract (VAT number / partita IVA), operating exclusively for the global company, as a licensed financial adviser authorised for off-premises offer. During this time, the adviser builds and manages a selected client portfolio. A guaranteed minimum payment applies for the first six months. Additional performance bonuses are available for portfolio growth. Variable remuneration under this component is linked to portfolio profitability.
