Digital Creative Designer

This is a permanent, mid-level design role embedded within a public sector organisation in Dubai, covering its sub-brands, programmes, forums and events. Candidates must already be based in Dubai.
The Role
The Digital Creative Designer works across graphic design, motion design, video editing and generative AI content production. The role spans the full production cycle, from initial brief through moodboards, storyboards and shot lists to final delivery. Output covers both day-to-day digital content and large-scale event productions.

Application Requirements
- Create social posts, carousels, digital ads, infographics, presentations, reports, invitations and event branding, maintained on brand across multiple sub-brands.
- Produce After Effects motion work including kinetic typography, animated logos, explainers, and content for LED walls, stage screens and digital signage.
- Edit event, corporate, campaign and National/Commemoration Day videos in Premiere Pro, including music, sound effects and basic colour grading.
- Use generative AI tools such as Kling, Seedance and Nano Banana for image and video generation, refining output in Adobe tools rather than using raw results directly.
- Adapt content for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok and YouTube, and support ideation, publishing and scheduling.
- Support web and landing page design in Figma and update event and campaign sites in Framer.
- Minimum five years of experience across graphic design, motion design and video editing.
- Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro. InDesign is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools for image and video production.
- Capable across both motion/video and graphic design, with clear strength in at least one discipline.
- Ability to take projects from concept through to final delivery independently.
- Organised under event deadline pressure and open to iterative feedback.
- Discreet when handling confidential information.
- 3D skills in Blender or Cinema 4D.
- Arabic or bilingual layout experience.
- Background in government, technology, cybersecurity or events content.
- CV and a portfolio link are required.
- The portfolio must include graphic and social design work, motion graphics, at least two edited videos with sound, and AI-generated work with notes on the tools used and how the output was refined.
- Candidates must already be based in Dubai at the time of application.
