This role is based in Dubai and sits within the education programme team at a technology company. The position focuses on the Central Asian market and requires native-level Russian.

The Role

The technology company runs an education programme that places its ERP software inside university and school curricula. The programme targets business-related courses such as accounting, entrepreneurship, supply chain management, and ERP-specific classes. Professors and teachers can integrate the software in different ways, from adopting a full course to running standalone workshops.

As Education Programme Consultant, you will build and maintain relationships with educational institutions across Central Asia. You will work directly with professors to identify how the software fits their curriculum, deliver workshops for both academic staff and students, and organise events that deepen student engagement with the product.

• Outbound outreach to universities and schools across the Central Asian market
• Creating and sustaining partnerships with academic institutions
• Advising professors on curriculum integration of ERP software
• Delivering workshops and presentations to academic staff and student groups
• Planning and running events that promote the education programme
• Supporting institutions through the full onboarding and implementation process
• Native Russian speaker
• Excellent written and spoken English
• High level of knowledge of technology company software
• Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally in Communication, Education, or Marketing
• Comfortable presenting to large audiences and facilitating classroom or workshop settings
• Self-motivated and capable of managing outbound relationship-building independently
• Proactive approach with the ability to develop and improve programme content
• Genuine interest in business disciplines such as accounting, project management, or sales
• Strong analytical skills
• Familiarity with academic systems and institutional structures
• Additional languages beyond English and Russian
