FP&A Manager - Operating Assets

The asset manager is developing a large-scale entertainment destination in Riyadh that includes theme parks, hotels, golf courses, and sports venues. This FP&A Manager role sits within the FP&A department and works closely with Finance Business Partners and the Asset Management and Operating Assets teams to support financial planning and performance monitoring across those venues.
The Role
This is a VP-level individual contributor position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role connects the FP&A function with Finance Business Partners and operational asset teams, providing financial analysis and decision support across a portfolio of operating assets at various stages of development and operation.
Expected Profile
- Lead preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans for operating assets, working in collaboration with Finance Business Partners and Asset Management teams
- Support scenario planning covering pre-opening, ramp-up, and stabilization phases for individual assets
- Track actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, producing variance analysis with actionable commentary for Finance Business Partners, asset managers, and senior leadership
- Develop dashboards and performance reports in collaboration with the FP&A reporting team, using tools including Power BI and Anaplan
- Provide decision support and performance insights to stakeholders across the Finance Business Partner function and Asset Management teams
- Bachelor's degree in finance or business management
- Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or ACCA is strongly preferred
- Minimum six years of experience in finance and FP&A
- Background in asset-intensive sectors such as hospitality, theme parks, sports, or entertainment is preferred
- Practical experience with Power BI and Anaplan or comparable planning and reporting tools
- Able to work across multiple internal teams and translate financial data into clear operational recommendations
