The Role

The Client Services Manager is responsible for standardising and managing service and operational quality across the Private Banking Division. This includes ensuring adherence to the company's policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements. The role also covers the creation, negotiation, implementation, and monitoring of service level agreements with all partners, and the direct management of Client Service Officers.

• Setting and maintaining service quality standards across the Private Banking Division
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies, SOPs, and applicable regulations
• Drafting, negotiating, and implementing SLAs with internal and external partners
• Monitoring SLA performance and taking corrective action where needed
• Managing a team of Client Service Officers and maintaining appropriate service levels
• Identifying and addressing operational gaps across client-facing and back-office functions
• Experience in client services or operations within a banking environment, preferably private or retail banking
• Familiarity with SLA management and service quality frameworks
• Understanding of banking compliance requirements and regulatory standards
• Demonstrated experience managing or supervising a team
• Strong attention to process detail and operational discipline
