This role is open to UAE National applicants only. It sits within the Corporate, Wealth & Investment Banking Group (CWIBG), which provides corporate banking services across investment banking, transaction banking, and financial markets. The group serves government entities, financial institutions, and large corporates in the UAE and across MENA, and maintains relationships with international banks. The position focuses on the SME portfolio within the Transaction Banking team.

The Role

The Executive Manager, Transaction Banking Sales is a revenue-generating position responsible for building and executing a business plan aligned with the team's growth targets. The role covers Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Escrow product lines, with a focus on growing wallet share across these areas and managing both internal and external stakeholders.

• Drive Transaction Banking revenue across the SME portfolio
• Build and execute a business plan targeting Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Escrow
• Identify and convert new cross-sell opportunities across TB product lines
• Advise clients on complex Transaction Banking solutions
• Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships
• Manage internal stakeholders across Service, Operations, Product, Risk, and Credit functions
• Grow structured Trade Finance business and manage complex deals across the TB product suite
• Identify process bottlenecks and work with relevant departments to resolve them
• Demonstrated experience in Transaction Banking products and solutions
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Track record of winning complex, high-value Transaction Banking mandates is an advantage
• Competent in reading and interpreting balance sheets and financial spreadsheets
• Strong stakeholder management skills across internal and external parties
• UAE National status required
